I always let them live, unless they are VERY scary looking and there are lots of them INSIDE my house.
When I lived in my house in Michigan, I foolishly plugged in electronic devices that were supposed to drive bugs right out of your walls...and they worked. I had at least 4 spiders that looked very similar to this appear. One came out and just froze and died on my shelf.
@4meAndyou I plugged in a diffuser and put orange essential oil in it one time and a large brown recluse spider came out of hiding and was on the bedroom wall.
