I went to N/A.... it wasn’t for me. All of the stories and substance abuse is bad talk just made me think of all of th substances I liked abusing. For me it was not at all effective.
For me.... daily reminders ( meetings) didn’t allow me to heal or move on. ( I’ve been amphetamine free since 2007) I assume all of their programs are roughly th same.

I am actually addicted (innocently-as I was never warned of the
HIGHLY ADDITIVE nature of Benzodiazepines! ).
I am lowering the dose on my own
and so far so good but I am taking YEARS as the withdrawal symptoms can be horrific and protracted withdrawals also.
Anyhow, thanks to the doctors
and pharmacists who are ENABLERS to the DRs
and BIG PHARMA!
