@Classified I think it works in the same way as the maturity levels you have set as you use SW... you won't see "Adult" rated groups and images if you haven't checked the box to see them in your account settings.
They are basically the same as any other group here - except for the fact they are created by members instead of by admins.
@Classified Yes, you can set groups to have an adult rating... I did that with my Owlery group... https://similarworlds.com/self/about-me/hootys-owlery. It has resulted in some people complaining about some of my milder posts being flagged adult - but I like the way that all my posts are automatically in the "Adult" rating.
I have no way to know if people will flag their own groups appropriately - but I'm sure admin will happily reflag any inappropriately flagged group and delete any that bring the tone of the site down too much.

Do you allow adult content??? Dumb question, I know - but I had long discussions with people to find that they had adult content blocked three hours in... 🤣🤣🤣
