I won an award at work, with some others, for stuff we worked on. I do not know why, I was just doing my job.
They want a short presentation. That pissed me off: they never asked first. But somebody else volunteered so I am off the hook. I hope they do not expect me to dress up. I do not own formal attire. It will be just another day at the office. I suppose I should trim my beard and mustache.

Yeah. That was a bad time.
But I am too old now to feel like that again. Even when I thought I might die two years ago, I did not feel woeful. When I was woeful, I was emotionally depressed. When I was ill, and could have died, I was just annoyed at my body. But I may have brought it on myself due to poor diet, obesity, lack of exercise.
