i just spent 2 hours at the DMV

and i had an apppointment with documents ready. why are the workers so miserable??

Their misery most likely stems from being overworked dealing with the public.
Also most likely not enough staff.
Maybe working unpaid overtime, through last clients still being processed after closing time.

@Gusman hmm i didn’t consider that but that would definitely make me miserable
