Don’t like this getting old

This getting old is not what I signed up for. Hands are killing me today and the same with my feet. This cold and damp weather can do one every day the pain gets worse

My feef hurt too. My calf muscels and Achilles tendons are really short. I made a device I put my foot in for about 49 minutes that pushes my foot back. It has a couple threaded rods on it and a flat plate my foot goes on. I pull back on the plate and tighten the rods to hold the position. It seems to be helping. I've been walking around without much pain.

@HobNoblin that’s good then I think I might try something like that myself because it’s a joke not being able to use my feet properly. I’ve always been active and flexible and not being like it now is getting me down.

@Houdini getting me down too. If you cant squat flat footed your calf muscels and tendons are too tight. This could be a part of the problem as well. [media=https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NE0GqcRb9f8&pp=ygUbYXRobGVhbiB4IHBsYW50YXIgZmFzY2lpdGlz]

@Houdini Here's the device I built. It took a while with a wire welder and a few bolts but it really wasn't that hard. It's the length of the lower leg from heel to back of the knee. I don't know if this actually exists as a medical device or not or what it costs if it does.

@HobNoblin looks a little scary lol. But if it works for you then it’s a good thing
