Don’t like this getting old
This getting old is not what I signed up for. Hands are killing me today and the same with my feet. This cold and damp weather can do one every day the pain gets worse

@Snuffy1957 I do not normally go to doctors because they often just say - lose weight, quit smoking, type 2 diabetes.
I do not know if you know what "parade rest" is, it's a military position, but I cannot do that with my right arm. When I try, it feels like a pulled muscle, been going on for about three months now even though I do not abuse my shoulders or anything.
