You obviously know there are many answers to this question; it's regional for any country.

In the USA:

In the Northeast, it's fast food

In the Central East Coast it's pork

In Florida it's anything but 'gator

In the eastern south it's Gumbo

In the country of Texas it's beef. Did you hear me? It's beef!

In the desert states it's anything, including rattlesnake.

on the west coast they look at you crazy and ask "what is non-vegetarian?"
except for Portland and Seattle where it's seafood

coming back east from there, it's Bison, Elk, Deer, Rabbit, and any small game that can be shot with a .22 that nobody will ask questions about. That's the whole western midwest.

The midwest midwest, for them it's pepperoni pizza

The western midwest it's hoagies, cheesesteaks, beef dips: sandwich things

There's probably a few things I've not covered, but covering this was exhausting enough

@come2gether near the bottom when I say hoagies, etc, that is supposed to say eastern midwest. It's late.

What ulterior message you want to convey?
