I've been in the bath for an hour. Well past the time it was luxurious and relaxing, now it's lukewarm and the bubbles have gone and it just feels unclean to not be out yet. 😅

I'm trying to find and stay in my happy place.

I'm thinking about my man way too much - but, at least it makes me smile and gives me reason to carry on.

Soon to be ex gave me some news today... and I don't know how to take it. If it's true, it'll be what I need to start a business - but, if not, it's something else to resent him for. For now, though, I want to forget that he molested me yesterday and be happy with my man.

Tired but happy :) need to go to bed soon and catch some good sleep :)

Kinda just numb I guess, can't cry, can't express any kind of true emotions and it's kinda scaring me. Like I have to fake being happy or angry when really my inner monologue is just running 24/7

Aching a bit from a chiropractic appointment, a bit tired from getting up early to get to that appointment, generally emotionally drained.

I am in a sports hall watching my daughter and nieces do gymnastics 🤸🏻‍♀️

Happy and fulfilled, but a little bit deafened by the noise 🥴

Worn out. Not getting enough sleep. Took tonight off work for that reason. Thoughtful. Planning for my trip for a few days away from home. Have done a lot of shift jumping and overtime. Just doing little things around the house. Packing. Errands online.

Calm, sad, hopeful, concerned. I feel differently about several things, depending on what thought runs through my mind. I have much needed alone time and just returned from the store with healthy foods so overall I feel better than before.
