What causes you stress, worry and anxieties?


Bills, your children, everyday living, family, your pets, your health, your neighbors, lack of sleep, crime, growing old, world conditions, moral decline, etc.? All of us are dealing with some sort of stress and worry.

What do you do to alleviate those two things? What has helped you get back on track?

Walking always clears my head. When I come back it feels like a fresh start.
@Rambler Yes walking will definitely make you feel that way, feel better. And walking also helps you to think better/clearer as well. It's a sure stress reliever.
