I dont like myself very much

That can change.
You can grow into the kind of person you do like.

Your childhood situation situation has probably left you feeling you are not "worthy" or "enough" or some such.

Actually it's natural to like yourself.
Even if you're still living at home, start mothering yourself
as you think an ideal mother would:
exercise doing something you enjoy every day
choose and prepare healthy foods,
ensure you get at least 8 hrs sleep each night
(vital for mental & physical health. Switch off the screens.)
and keep clean and look after your clothes .

Study or train for a career.
If you're not studying or training, consider getting a job and sharing a rented house with other people your age.

Consider doing about 4 hours voluntary work once a week. Giving kindness to others is a great way to learn to like oneself.
