Is the reason people are getting smaller and living shorter lives because the population is much bigger than it was 6000 years ago

when all life on Earth began. Well as a scientist I can answer this but it is a tricky question. Today the average human height is 6'2" and the average life is 3 score years and 10 (or 85 years) but 6000 years ago a human stood an average of 500 feet high and lived for around 500 years...why so. Well there are 2 reasons, the first is that if we had stayed the same height and age we would have used all the water and air up due to the growing population. The second reason is, let us not forget whom our ancestors shared the Earth with...The dinosaurs, they had to be big back in those days to fight the dinosaurs. Isn't it fascinating how the Earth deals with changing populations...is it a coincidence or creation?
