.... for some reason , I seen people drop to the ground...during the exercise and dancing. And here they push to exercise 🤔 to overload the heart ....hhhhmmmmm
You should not exercise for about a week after the vaccine because if you develop myocarditis, exercise makes it worse. Dr John Campbell has spoken about this a long time ago, relatively speaking.
