Idk why people spoil a good thing...

I try to be positive and cheerful most of the times. But if anyone takes it for granted and spoils it. I can be mean as fvkc. I have overcome a lot of negativity and cynicism. It allows me to use my mind in both a positive and negative way quite fluently. Avoid it people don't spoil a good thing, it's not worth it.

Can you give me an example or two so I can better understand what you mean?
It sounds like you've done a great job of self healing, but it's normal to sometimes have negative reactions or down periods.

I feel sad that somehow some people have apparently taken your cheerfulness for granted, perhaps not realising how much it has taken you to learn and develop it.

I had a rough childhood and have spent most of my life going through phases of conscious efforts at recovery. I know it's not easy to reprogram the brain.
