Could you guess the theme of this party?

Please guess lol because I had no idea what the theme was but we were told to wear these kind of clothes. My guess would be maybe some "futuristic" theme but I think that's a stretch.

@Theyitis it’s a borderline theme. Movie’s adaptations have always been hard to watch for some people. I believe the 1997 version with Jeremy Iron was banned in US.
