You've got to own the conversation when dealing with interrupters. No need to be rude of course just politely say I'm still talking, I haven't finished my point, just let me finish this point, basically just bring it to their attention that they are being rude without straight up saying it. Do it once or twice and it will always be on their mind whenever you are speaking.

I like to listen in groups and not speak. People usually forget I'm even around lol.

Yes, don't get personal with those people. I made that mistake with two different ones at my last job.
