Pronouns don't identify gender?

I never thought about it but I saw this take and it made a lot of sense. I've re worded it to be a bit more comprehensive.

Some men like feminine pronouns and some women like masculine pronouns and some people use neopronouns and gender =/= sex or genital arrangement anyway. All you need is the pronouns.
