I have to forgive my parents someday

I don't know how. This trip has brought up deep trauma. If I don't forgive my parents I will bear this bitterness forever.

ETA: Whenever I think of it though something inside screams, "you can't let them get away with it!!"

That inner child is demanding closure that will never happen. I need to let it go.
