That’s hard to forgive, I know how hard it is, I doubt I’ll ever forgive my mom.

Its hard. I've forgiven my mom but there are still times I get emotional when memories come up. Trauma is a pain in the ass because it never goes away no matter how much healing work you do, but you get to a place where you find peace and its easier to handle when you're triggered. Do what works best for you, you deserve peace 💜

Is very hard i have the same problem but ill never forgive my son
