Consolidation of Groups.

Half of my posts are about this. They tell me I was a member of Blah-di-blah. This group is now consolidated. The new group is called Blah-di-blah.
Never once has the new group had a different name!

I guess they maybe they found a way to automatically take all the groups and match them to new groups that are basically the same? Kinda seems like a moderator is on speed and decided to do some organizing of things that were already organized?

I think they're warning you that some other group has been consolidated into yours. Not sure why anyone would care, though

It is weird to me as well.
Not sure why or when I even was part of most of the groups.
