It was a group study, but only one subject at a time, because there was only one MRI machine, and a rather small one at that.

And yes, that scan does look like Picsie's brain, except that his is red all the time, at least when he is reading Marx and Lenin.

Yeah, they gave us vibrators, and closed some curtains around us. Otherwise the techies operating the MRI scanner would have been too distracted and messed up the scan.

We got to keep them afterwards, so we cleaned them ourselves, but their later use wasn't part of the study, just a fringe benefit. 😁
