It's not anyones business really. I imagine he has experience and memories of how upset she's been about her alapecia and how difficult it's been for her. Then to have someone make fun of her in front of the world must be very triggering.

Most of these people play armchair experts and judge and jury all damn day about other peoples lives that they never live. It's despicable really.
