what is going on with you people?

I have seen a few questions on here as well as responses in the last few hours all about the same topic.
I am very confused with what I am hearing.
You people are complaining about not wanting to share sensitive stuff.
This is an anonymous site so that you can do that.
Maybe I am missing something.
If I were to follow the example of the rest of you I wouldn't have anything to share.
So if nothing else use this as a public service announcement that the site is anonymous so you can talk anonymously with other people that may have the same issues or experiences that you yourself have.

I thank you all for your comments. This question was generated from a few days worth of other people's questions and comments that I have been reading.
See I use this site as my dumping grounds. I have a lot of garbage to unload. I dump it on my roommate. I dump it on my family. I dump it on my counselor. I dump it on my shrink but mostly I dump it here. Feels good to unload.
I don't look forward very well here or in real life. I just kind of do things. Maybe it's because I am silly by nature or maybe the bipolar disorder or both.
It just kind of bothered me that people weren't being able to get the same use from the site as I was.
I had a lot of questions answered with this. A lot of you guys are really good at explaining the things that go over my head to me. Thank you for that.
I hope everyone has a great year ahead of them.
