I don’t know if I am the bad guy :(

I am sad. I meet people that take advantage of me of being so nice and when I react I look like the bad guy.

That's the trouble with not gently but firmly setting boundaries. Most people can handle "I don't (for example) lend money," but they can't handle "I lent you money five times and I'm not doing it any more!"
