That's the whole point that's what they want others to see you as .
When your good person you'll always get attacked cause they see something in you what they want . That's why they try take .
They be trying to fill your shoes .
I can go into religious views on that but I wont cause I don't know what you believe in .

That's the trouble with not gently but firmly setting boundaries. Most people can handle "I don't (for example) lend money," but they can't handle "I lent you money five times and I'm not doing it any more!"
