There are some, but China's control of its own internal networks, and its attempt to bifurcate the Internet, as a whole, is probably at work here.

Go look up China's policies internally and how they are offering free internet to other countries...as long as it goes through them.

Talk about "fake news"...they want to make sure that a larger and larger part of the globe never hears about Tiananmen Square or ANY dissent within China.
