Hello everyone , can you tell me about your vaccine experience?

I’m yet to get vaccinated. I’ll be doing so soon as I have to travel .

The response from what I’ve seen is fine . Except for the occasional videos I’ve been seeing on Instagram of people who ended up pulsating after every few minutes

She’s local to me and died after having it.
The numbers of deaths from the vaccine need to be investigated.
Time will tell. Very sad 😞

@Fairydust There is no risk-free path in life. The AstraZeneca vaccine has a very low probability of producing fatal clots. Last I looked, in the UK the NHS had recorded 72 deaths from a vaccine after 92,000,000 doses administered - a death rate of a bit under one per million.

Meanwhile, in the UK, the NHS has recorded 135,000 Covid deaths in 7.47 million cases - about 18,000 per million.

Again, there is no risk-free path in life. There are a few different ways to compare those 1 per million vs 18,000 per million figures, but it's pretty clear the vaccine is [b]thousands[/b] of times safer than facing the virus unprotected.

@Fairydust One benefit of receiving the vaccine though is you get to tell other adults what they ought to do.
