Carbonated drinks, refined sugars, caffeine and processed foods.
I am on an anti-inflammation diet. Not really diet but a change in eating habits.

@iamonfire696 Somewhat similarly, I have cut down on coffee as it [i]may/i] encourage the acid reflux diagnosed in me. Same with curry.
Just being "carbonated" does not make a drink somehow "bad". That's only dissolved carbon-dioxide, but most carbonated drinks are also very heavily laden with sugar. Indeed, the advertising twaddle cloaks the fact that colas are merely fizzy, flavoured, strong solutions of caramel - roasted sugar.
Also of course, sugar is sugar, refined or not. (Syrup is only sugar plus some of the rest of its original plant sap.)

@ArishMell I can’t drink carbonated drinks because they upset my stomach. Since I don’t drink them those would include the ones with caffeine and sugar which are bad for you. But thanks for your input.
