Soda because it's very bad for the teeth, very sugary, and devoid of any kind of nutritional benefits. I've given up all animal products except for sessile bivalves because animal products tend to be environmentally unsustainable, harmful to animals, and prone to dangerous contamination.

@BlueVeins Yeah soda is one thing I'm glad I was able to cut out completely and it wasn't even that hard to do. Replaced it with milk.

@JoeyFoxx I'm glad you do that, that's a hell of a lot better than grocery store stuff. I've yet to see a way to raise cattle in particular that's really environmentally sustainable. Like grass-feed cows are often praised bc they don't use up crops as feed, but they produce more methane than grain-fed cows. I think you can grow chickens on forage, but I kinda doubt many people do that. IDK though, I guess I'd have to visit the farm.
