I do sometimes, but always ending in realising it's impossible to think anything could translate to real world things. Dating and intimacy are so difficult to make change into realistic experiences.

I've had one of those sorts recently, but again due to the above factors could never hope to have changed into any sort of reality that I'd exist in.
