I wanted at least one child...but I think I'm past my prime for that. So I'm just going to adopt 5 cats

2-4 already stated the max. And at least 1 did not meet your minimum requirement of 2-4.
Your answer fails at both ends.

Yes 2 or 4 but not 3 aka middle child syndrome
Toolmar1 · 36-40, F
@Jackson: Middle child syndrome is the feeling of exclusion by middle children (those with one younger and one older sibling). This effect occurs because the first child is more prone to receive privileges and responsibilities (by virtue of being the oldest), while the youngest in the family is generally considered the baby.

I'd be fine without kids but if I had to have one...then it'll only be one.

Jackson · 26-30, M
adoption?
justthat1girl99 · 22-25, F
Yes, at least three
Jackson · 26-30, M
that's a lot of work for you.
justthat1girl99 · 22-25, F
Well my mom did it (and surely I wouldn't do it alone). But yeah, if I can't afford that many, then no.
Jackson · 26-30, M
@justthat1girl99: true.

No, children aren't for me
Jackson · 26-30, M
I like children.
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
Depends. Do they look like me or like their father?
3503501a · 41-45, M
Good question
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
I would like them to be 5 years from now. (Think about it)
Jackson · 26-30, M
