My progress over the past 6 months: -20 lbs of fat +7lbs muscle

From dad bod to a solid stomach and chest over the course of a few months of replacing my drug habit with lifting weights and playing piano for an hour. Changing into the kind of man I want to be who's actually worth something. Still a long way to go, but at least it's a start. Best shape of my life physically right now at 24.
