@SW-User I'm still unsure whether it'll be the mountains or the country for me. I've found a nice house that doesn't cost too much roughly 20 minutes from here (and 1.30h by bicycle, went there multiple times), it needs some renovation work but it has essentially all what I need and would be already livable even in the current state. I'm waiting for my cousin to buy half each (and to have some more money myself, lol, assuming the upcoming recession will not f*ck up everything)
take a peak into some mobile homes and buying land with hookups! You’ll spend less. Pro tip if you do a cement foundation and wrap the porch it won’t look like a trailer
@Soramarie The Italian government is extremely efficient in finding a way to tax you heavily, but I'll give it a look 😬
In any case the location is cool. 20 minutes from the beach on one side, 20 minutes from the city (Padua) on the other side. Both reachable even just with a bicycle.

@Elessar renovations are cheaper yourself and going 50:50 w your cuz is better, you’ve set an intention so you’ll def manifest it, keep going!!
