In any case the location is cool. 20 minutes from the beach on one side, 20 minutes from the city (Padua) on the other side. Both reachable even just with a bicycle.

@SW-User There's probably going to be a gov fund for renovation works until the next year, but I doubt we'll manage to buy it in time 😕
