im Jon, im 26 years old and i have huge experince in martial arts, (mma karate krav maga and few more, i have 3 black belts).
4 years ago i slowley began to understand that women are superior to men in martial arts.
i fought many men in my carrer and i won most of the matches (86%) and i fought vs women and won only 29% of my matches vs them.
it was hard to understand it at the begining, but now i learned to accept it.

yes, men have more force, but our force is usless vs a skilled women.
i also fought matches vs pretty young girls, (age 16-17) and the defeated me with no problem most of times.
women has few great advantage over men in a hand to hand combat, one of them is there flexibilty, they can easily lock a man in a position he cant move and need to give up.
another advantage is the women's speed, man with huge muscles like i have can punch ank kick, but women can dodge it easily with there speed and then kick him before he even finished his punch.
your flexibity, speed and agility, lets you have far better veraity of moves then a man can do while fighting.

and almost all the women i fought against are super feminine and 90% of them are beautiful.
so girls, women, you are all great fighters inside!, way better then we, man, are, so go kick some ass!
