Do you care more about the success of your country or the development of the world?
Would you rather your country did not improve, but the whole world got better, or that the whole world stayed the same apart from your country getting better?

I believe that every country is responsible for improving internal conditions to the very best of their ability. If that ever happens the "whole world" will benefit.
