What ethnicity, race, religion would you refuse to date at first hand?

When it all comes down to different cultures I know enough about myself that I would rather not even try to date a religious person of ANY religion. And I would most definitely not date a person who isn’t fluent in English or Spanish.

I wouldn't discriminate ethnicity or race. Religion is kind of a big deal >_>
I will definitely choose wisely

The religious thing is a good point. I don’t agree with any religion, so if someone was adamant enough about theirs to the point where they’d try to change my mind or judge me, that’s a no go. I respect others beliefs but I don’t like how religion seems to be forced on people sometimes.

@DHggmu Good answer. Thanks!

@Cmstars thanks for making me think about it more, I may have that decision to make sometime.

@DHggmu No problem. Its something I saw my parents go through and caused signficant problems.

I couldn't date a scientologist as I'd just keep thinking of Tom Cruise jumping on oprahs sofa acting like a Fecking eeejit.
And I couldn't really be with another strict religion as that would be just putting the spanner in the works as I'd be looking at them going wtf are they doing up preying and doing what they do...
As for language I dated a French dude with no English for a while... He was fluent by 3 months. And I got good French too. Language wouldn't be an issue. As people can adapt and learn... But I wouldn't be jumping into a religion I've no clue about! Hare krishna robes wouldn't be a good look on me! 🙏

I don’t discriminate, when you refuse to open doors you can’t expect to go any further.
NoSugarCoating · 26-30, F
Not necessarily, if you know enough about yourself and what you are willing to settle for, it’s easier to make decisions based off of what you already know. @Dateless
Dateless · 31-35, M
I disagree because I’d never settle, religion shouldn’t play a factor.
If you accept me for who I am and not what I believe or what I have to offer that’s all that really matters to me.

If you want to meet someone with same values as you, you would go to the one place where you can find those types of people.

In your case a church.

Assholes 🙄 they a whole different race among themselves
Ill just sit in this dark theatre and watch people lie if you dont mind

I would not date an active member of ISIS. That may be about it.
I would not date an ugly Black woman. Definitely no Mid East or Tongan and I would stay from white trash as well.
So if you don't mind Ill just sit back in my seat and listen to the guilty white men lie and say that race and ethnicity is not and issue with them and finish my snack 🍿🍫🕶️🥤

who isn't "fluent in English or Spanish?" that's just ignorant...and snotty...but. of course...you ARE 18-21 nor aren't you
NoSugarCoating · 26-30, F
Why be in a relationship with a person you can’t communicate with? 🤔 communication is highly important @Fernie
Cmstars · 22-25, F
@Fernie isn't your response a bit snotty or did I read it wrong?
Only Catholics, because they insist on my conversion if I wanted to marry one. I cannot convert, so dating a Catholic would be pointless.
@Anonymartyr Not entirely accurate... there are many mixed faith marriages within the Catholic church that are considered to be valid - the only difference is that they didn't marry in the church.
JP1119 · 36-40, M
There’s no way I’d date a Scientologist.
