So, where should I move to?

Next year I'm selling my house, packing up and moving. I have two states I'm thinking of moving to. Washington and Pennsylvania. Well, maybe three... also thinking maybe Wisconson.

Now, for those of you living in any of those states, what cities do you recommend? Why do you recommend them? Small towns and larger cities are both being considered.

@MrBrownstone I've never liked where I currently live (Tennessee), no longer have any ties that bind, and I'm ready to get out of here.

@MrBrownstone I have, and since the ones I picked don't tax retirement income, I'm leaning heavily towards them.
