Why Can't I Be Satisfied?

Do you not feel hungry? Buy lunch at school. Buy breakfast at school too if you have time. It doesn’t have to be much, just something to give you some energy and maybe some protein. Are you not tired? You’re not going to function well only getting one or two hours of sleep per night. That means you won’t run as well, you won’t do your homework as well or as quickly, etc. In summary, listen to your body’s needs. When you feel hungry, eat. When you feel tired, sleep.

Do you have good finical means if so take a few days off work rent a cabin at a state or federal park leave electronics behind get you a few books you want to read go away tell only parents where you are tell everyone else you are going off grid if it is an emergency call your parents. Tale your phone leave it off but to check for vmail once a day. Also leave the message on your voicemail that your phone is off and to leave a message if it's important.

Are you stressed about something? Can you change it? Then do it. If you can't change it leave it be.

Just start going to bed at your usual time, turn the lights out and shut your eyes. Lying there in the dark, not even thinking about sleeping or worrying about anything gives you 80% of sleep benefit. Your body will bring sleep back to you! Be patient with yourself😀
