Where do you go to get peace, if you can ?

One of my favorite early Beatles songs, by John Lennon, is too little-known today.
"There's a place where I can go,
when I feel low, when I feel blue.

For the frist time in my life I can answer this,at least for myself, I started finding things to be grateful for, letting go of what I could not have, and holding on loosley to what I do have. The side effect of giving up control of trying to change what I cannot has been peace of mind.

There's a park in my town where there are less people than the park that most people know, and I usually go there at the pond where the ducks are, and just sit there, or walk around, breath in the scent of the trees, listen to the sounds of nature, and that has the best effect on me to find peace when I experience difficult times in my life.
