Should I start Fasting again?

I weight 137 and my BMI says I am overweight...

Fasting won't help. Dieting and exercise will though.

@TotalMiss Fasting is about restricting most food or abstaining from it entirely. Dieting is about eating healthier. Huge difference.

@TotalMiss no fasting means you don't eat anything for a certain amount of time hence the word break- fast. And during Ramadan Muslims fast from sun up to sun down. No food or drink.

I was talking about water fasting with limited food. sadly you have to eat to be able to run 30 to 40 miles a week

@RowBoGirl As long as you burn more calories than you intake, you'll be losing fat, but you do need some nutrition and nourishment in order to do that. Otherwise your body won't be able to manage the hard work. That's why dieting is more important than fasting.

@RowBoGirl I'm sure you're not that bad. Focus more on yourself and doing what you need to be happy. That starts by reaching your own goals. You'll never be someone else, so don't try to be like them. Be the best version of you, and everyone else won't matter anymore.
