I Have Goals I Hope to Achieve

New year, new me

This seems to be the go-to phrase every time a new year comes around and while it’s a nice thought, It may be nicer to embrace who you are already. New year, new goals, same gal— this year will be about embracing what I love about myself, changing what I don’t and learning not to take my own insecurities out on others. I have made a lot of new friendships in this past year and have managed to ruin some with my own selfishness. This year will be about growing and giving my best effort to become my best self.
