Not sure, but I do get returned paints at the hardware store to throw on people just to see exactly this.

When they see it's in the name if science, they are a bit confused...it generally buys me enough time to get away.

Doing this in public allows me to take photos and vids for my site, "TheyGotPainted.com"...
