Cards Against Humanity is awesome!

When you order a game from a state with an abortion ban, you get this:

And if you click the disagree button, you get this:

It's not just the donations, but their reasoning is spot on as well.
They also did some research on the opinion, knowledge and reasoning of people who support the abortion ban. https://abortionpoll.cardsagainsthumanity.com/

It's worth a full read, but here are a few highlights.

How much they value life:

How many don't understand the need for exceptions:

A shocking number doesn't even know how long a pregnancy last, while the number tri is right there in the name.

And not really related to abortion, but damn, I feel sorry for those women...
@OogieBoogie Richard Paul Evans said it best:

@NerdyPotato thats a good quote.
Carl sagan had a forboding for humanites furture and our ability to think , and know.
And it seems to be coming true .

Even this place has changed. Its not as deep or as funny as it was .
Im glad you havent changed .🤗
@OogieBoogie SW has changed indeed, and not for the better. Hopefully it will change again, but then in the right direction. Thank you for supporting me in trying to keep the old spirit going. 🤗

CAH has every right to do this (and I appreciate the "we'll add $5 to the checkout" thing, although forcing someone to donate to a charity with whose aims they disagree is a bit on the nose). And people have every right not to buy the game.

Which suits me fine. It does seem about CAH's level to refer to human beings as "unwanted"

@NerdyPotato I'll put my pro life (hate the phrase because no one is anti life, but we all know what I mean by it) cards on the table. But in real life as opposed to surveys I know of no one who thinks that ectopic pregnancies are anything other than a medical emergency for which there is sadly only one real solution.

A rule of thumb for when there should never be a question about the legality (or morality) of an abortion is when not having one would mean any significant likelihood of two funerals rather than one. Sorry to sound bluntly glib about it.
@AlicjaMagic that's okay. I respect that opinion. Sadly those laws as they are force two funerals in such cases.

😂
As a native Texan who is truly ashamed of the far right (certainly not *genuine* conservativism ) direction the asshat state government has taken, this CAH statement is priceless.
Im. Freeking. Dead. Hahahahahahah
@NerdyPotato Murderous potato!!! 😱
@HootyTheNightOwl I didn't mean to... It was an accident and I saved her too.
