i'm not sure it's considered a board game? But Trivial Pursuit. I am fairly good at trivia. i have a wealth of useless knowledge from having no friends as a child and reading encyclopedias, medical texts, thesaurus' and other random things that were lying around. It gave me the push to be a bit more knowledgeable about everything from the human body to world cultures.

if not, then maybe something like Monopoly perhaps?
