Mario Sunshine or Luigi's Mansion? which is better/would you rather play right now?

I'm kinda split on both...i mean either way theres not more to play than the other since I've played through everything on both. I tend to get bored when theres not anything new to do in games, but i still love both of them just it's kinda boring replaying it for the millionth since i know how to do it and what happens.
