I spent a whole day in Disneyland and I’m exhausted, but I’m not sure if it’s from being 31 or if it’s from standing all day in the sun? Or from not

being as active as I used to be Or if it’s all those things??

I spent a whole day at Disneyland before .. it was tiresome just waiting in line for those rides . Got some good sleep that night

To be honest in my opinion it's probably all the above but mostly the sun. It drains your body of so much energy.
