Aw, thanks, @Gusman. I'll send you a souvenir from wherever it is I'm going.
KiwiBird · 36-40, F
@Gusman I thought "On Piste" was a compacted ski run, not actually skiing. Going potty was pottery btw.
Gusman · 61-69, M
@KiwiBird A Piste is a marked Ski Course. On Piste means Skiing that course
Going Potty? Hmmmm.
I knew what you were implying but unacceptable because others said Pottery🙂
KiwiBird · 36-40, F
@Gusman
On-piste: "Piste" is the French word for trail or run. Therefore, "on-piste" would mean on a trail or run, typically a groomed one.
@KiwiBird That is what I said,
"Piste" is the French word for trail or run.
"on-piste" would mean on a trail or run, typically a groomed one.
KiwiBird · 36-40, F
@Gusman on piste however does not mean skiing, it simply means being on the groomed slope, you could be on foot or snowboarding or whatever which is why I said probably skiing. Sorry, just the pedant in me.
