Nintendo 64, or the original PlayStation?

The N64 was one of my childhood gaming consoles, so by default I'll go with that one over the PSX.

@YukikoAmagi That's pretty much the reason, yeah. It was definitely the apex-period of that genre, and none of the other game-genres were really far enough out of their awkward and usually-disappointing early-3D experimental phases for 64 to have much that could compete.

@YukikoAmagi Yeah, I can't think of too many N64 RPG's. Many of its best selling games are open world/platforming.

@YukikoAmagi I was, too. [i]Xenogears[/i] and [i]Final Fantasy IX[/i] remain my top two games of all time to this day.
