I can't open Steam anymore! Help!

I double click the icon on my desktop but it doesn't open! And I can't even launch a steam game either!

Go to task manager and go to the process tab, and go down the list looking to see if a 'steam client' is already open. If it is then click it and click close application and try again to open steam.

@FuriousSam Haha! No problem! Glad I could help :D . It has to do with the damn thing starting up when you start windows, and if you dont feel like using steam and you close the loading bar brings this thing up in the background which tricks the computer into thinking that steam is already running.

@Allelse oooooohhhh I see ok. Btw i said "stop process" because i translated the french version 😅😅😅😅 so yeah it should be "end process" in english :)

@Allelse well not really hehe I thought i had to contact steam or just uninstall then reinstall steam xD but now I know what to do :D
